Some favourite recipes that help keep my human body beautiful, healthy and functional….

“Food is Medicine.”
Organic food is the new farmacy
Chilli Basil Barramundi
Place a fillet of wild caught Australian Barramundi with chopped onion, garlic, chilli and basil into a baking dish. Place a square of butter on top and spread ingredients over and around the fillet in a pleasing array.
Bake in over at around 200 degrees C for around 15-20 minutes.
Eat and enjoy!
Smoothie
Healthy body mind and soul is maintained by eliminating toxic heavy metals that accumulate daily.
I use the Medical Medium Heavy Metals Detox smoothie to keep me clean and clear. It’s also delicious!
Place a cup of corriander leaves into your smoothie maker along with a banana, a spoon of Barley Grass Powder, a spoon of Spirulina, a half spoon of Atlantic Dulce and a cup of frozen wild blueberries. Pour in fresh orange juice to cover ingredients or use coconut water or just plain old filtered water.
Mix and enjoy daily.
Fresh Cold Pressed Juices
My daily juice includes a fresh celery juice to begin my day, an apple cucumber and mint juice around midday and for the evening I like to drink fresh vegetable juice like Kale, carrot and ginger. And my new favourite…Apple, Pear and Raspberry. Mmmmmmyum 💕
Apple, Pear and Raspberry Juice
This is my favourite at any time of day or night. It is tangy and sweet, and packed with health.
Green apples are best for this juice. For one tall glass of juice I use two green apples, one large pear and a third a punnet of ripe fresh raspberries, put them into the cold pressed juicer and shazam…
It’s great for a mid afternoon sugar hit, as a personal reward for doing well or condolence for not doing so well as it is both exciting and comforting all at once.
*Note: I’ve just added a bit of ginger to it and it works well. I added it for the health benefits but it gives the taste a bit of a zing depending on how much you use.
…And the colour is a beautiful soft rose pink, love love love ❤️
Stewed Pears & Blackberries with Cinnamon
Delicious and so very easy to make….place some chopped pear along with fresh blueberries and one or two cinnamon quills into a cup or two of water (so that the ingredients are covered). Bring to the boil then simmer without the lid until the water has reduced by about half.
Place into a jar and eat a spoon or two when you feel like something sweet.
